Configuring the Recruited Profile

Initially, we will have a meeting (face-to-face or video) with the client to gather the essential details to initiate the recruitment. We will discuss the specifics of the role, including its place in the organizational structure, the necessary competencies, responsibilities and compensation. This phase ensures that we understand the candidate's necessary values and social skills to fit effectively with the team. For complex roles, we could present test profiles to finalize our search based on customer feedback.

Market Analysis and Strategy

We will conduct a market scan to evaluate available candidates and salary references, also assessing the position of the client and competitors. Then an optimized recruitment strategy will be developed, identifying effective channels to attract the right candidates. Clients receive a concise report and a personalized recruitment calendar, which typically ranges from 21 to 35 days, depending on the complexities of the role.

Posting the recruitment ad

The recruiter designated for the role will write and post the recruitment notice, usually on the day the recruitment calendar is sent to the client, in order to calculate the day of posting the ad as the first day of the process.

Active search for candidates

In addition to posting ads on recruitment platforms and contacting relevant applicants, the recruiter designated for the role will actively seek and contact the right candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Phone Screening

Each relevant candidate will go through a telephone screening of approximately 20 minutes with the recruiter. During this first discussion, the recruiter will check the candidate's motivation for the role, the accuracy of the information in the resume, the reason for leaving the last job and salary expectations.

Face-to-face interview

The face-to-face interview (or online, if a face-to-face meeting is not possible) with the recruiter, lasts approximately 40 minutes. The interview is conducted on the basis of an interview guide prepared by the recruiter, which contains questions tailored to each role, as well as questions designed to test soft skills.

Also at this stage, assessments are made for compulsory skills such as foreign languages or technical skills. To test the language level, the JobTribe team will prepare the related questionnaires. For technical skills, testing can also be done by the client company, at the final interview.

Short Presentations

After conducting face-to-face interviews with the recruiter, the recruiter will recommend a minimum of three candidates on the short list to the client. These are the candidates who best fold on the profile configured at the first stage. The short list will be validated by the client.

The client will receive a weekly status email for the duration of the process. Thus, candidates on the short list will not necessarily be sent simultaneously for the face-to-face interview with the employer. The recruiter will send the right candidates no later than 48 hours after the face-to-face interview with them. The employer will receive a personalized recommendation and assessment, made by the recruiter based on interviews with the candidate.

Face-to-face interview with the employer

Each candidate on the short list will have a face-to-face interview and with the employer. The client will receive a personalized interview guide. At the request of the client, the recruiter designated for the role, can also participate in this interview with a support role.
